Don't be Square

This was a card I wanted to enter into the Less Is More challenge this week but I realised too late that I'd gone overboard and there definately wasn't enough white space! It was inspired by Vicky and I adapted her idea but used pens to colour the stamp (from Occasional Greetings)

and then layered it on Chocolate Chip card and Woodland Walk papers.

Such a quick and simple card and could be adapted to be made from whatever papers you had available. Lots of colour options too! Fortunately there is a challenge that this card suits therefore I'd like to enter this into the HSS challenge #70 where the theme is Father's Day/Masculine this week.

  1. Great use of DSP. I also like how you colored the sentiment. Thanks for playing at Hand Stamped Sentiments.

  2. What a great card. Love it. The squares and the color combo. Thanks for sharing.

    Inky hugs, pauline

  3. Awesome way to use up the designer series paper! Such a quick card but very striking. Thanks for joining us this week at Hand Stamped Sentiments!
